Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how to do this test?

I've heard of starting with 1 tsp and see how I react. Does that mean I try 1 tsp and keep increasing daily to see if I can take 4 tbsp's fine? I also heard just put a tiny bit under the tongue but I don't know if that's good enough unless it's an allergy we're testing?

Do I do this on it's own or each time I do a liver flush?

I was thinking I do this before I start flushing but I don't know for sure.

Any advice would be appreciated.
