Craig, I am suprised by your comment with all your deep meditation will cure all theory (that I do agree with to an extent!)

The ocean, with its magnectic current and pull, alongside the hundreds of minerals is essential healing in its own right. Ok so its not a pill where you might see 'results' quickly, but naturally, i feel its the essence of healing. Nature is healing.Nature is balance.
