hmmmm same thing happened to me when this ec thing first reared it head at me. wasnt as chronic and it was just the top lip stayed with me for about a month and then just vanished.. then back in 6 months over both lips and hasnt left yet the bastard.. at least its good to know there is some sort of mechanism to switch the darn thing on.. what a absolute f***ing c**t of a disease...

saw my derm yesterday... he upped my dosage of plaquenil to stupid high level but i trust him.. he said stick with it for another 4 weeks... if nothing he gave me a scr1pt for imuran... will have to get my bloods done once a week for the first month... also said out of the 3 cyclosporine, imuran methortrexate some work for some its just a game of luck and how your body reacts to it.. although he did say now imuran is the first choice for chronic exzma... he strongly believes ec is an auto immune disease were the body is attacking its own cells.. which is causeing the continual shedding.. which is causeing a overdrive in the system which is casueing the inflammation...

anyways just thought i would update... my inflammation is going down.. my build up is not as thick... its alot more thing and clear rather then thick and yellowish...

p.s thanks for the update mike pylon... i and the rest of us would appreciate it alot if you could pop back in after 4 or so months and give us a update.. hope your loving your mma!
