I have been having a reaction to Kirkland Signature Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate I picked up from Costco.

I wanted to try the higher doses that are reported to have good results for many people. I took 10 capsules split between two meals for a couple days. On the third day I noticed I had a lot of hives and Acne like eruptions all over my shoulders and face.

I wonder if switching to a more expensive high quality fish oil would be a a solution?

Has anyone else had bad reactions to this or other inexpensive brands of omega 3?
