Hello all :)

Ive been meaning to post for a while but just got around to it...

it's weird... my EC was gone for months, got my mouth bloodied up in mma numerous times, but the only time my ec ever came back was when i got sick with bronchitis a few weeks back... i'm not sure if it was the Antibiotics , being sick or the mouth breathing from being congested (think it was the mouth breathing), but i started to get a little buildup... it went away again a few days after my bronchitis cleared up (i treated them with the same products i had used previously)

I think this kind of proves to me that whether the EC is cleared up or not, it's still always kind of there lingering in background and will rear its ugly head again under the right circumstances... maybe the cell turnover slows down to more normal, invisible levels for some of us when the inflammation subsides. I never really panicked when i got the buildup again, it was pretty minor and i kind of figured it would go away when the bronchitis cleared up as it did.

Anyway, otherwise life has been great, and i'm glad to better again. Wish you all the best :p
