To further Sherpa's post below...I was wondering how exactly the heat can affect someone with severe adrenal fatigue, like myself. I am now recovering from a severe crash for about 10 days now. I have had insane crying spells and severe Depression during this time but am slowly getting better and stabilizing. My family wants to go away next month to a carribean island for a week. I was wondering if this can make my condition worse. I am barely able to sweat or walk long distances. I don't know how I am going to be able to handle the beach water. My skin is also very sensitive and thin.

My family keeps saying that the beach water has "healing effects", but I don't know how much this relates to people with severe AF like myself. I know that AF can cause delayed tanning also, I guess b/c the skin is so sensitive.

Anyways if someone has more insight on this it would be greatly appreciated.
