I guess I just want to add the importance of having sometype of sleep aid. This can quiet down the movements of the flukes. It is terrifying to experience at the very least. Ativan from my experience and what I have been told can help quiet things down significantly. In turn a person can heal better and hopefully make smarter decisions. I have heard of Valerian Root but have never tried it unfortunately.
