I have had the occasional insomnia problem (like last night). I'll admit to caving into a local place that makes its own ice cream and I divulged into their peach.

A whole pint of it. Ouch. (but it was sooooo good - lol)

So, after hours of a plugged-up sinus and an insomnia problem to boot, I had a whole gram of straight SSKI at 3:30 in the morning.

The sinuses cleared within about ten minutes and I was out like a light...slept straight through til 7 (to feed my hungry dogs their morning ritual raw egg - lol) and went right back to bed for 3 1/2 more hours of sleep.
