Most vitamin C is not what you think and you do not absorb it well. Try getting some liposome vitamin C or make your own. It does not take much to make it. Get pure vitamin C powder and get Non Genetically-Modified-Organisms sunflower lecithin; using a sonic cleaner, you can encapsulate the vitamin C. It is stronger than vitamin C IV's. You can take high amounts of it that is used to fight disease, like cancer.
