A good thing, mindfully trying to reinstate, and use techniques to calm down.
With the L-Theanine and melatonin, I too focused on my slow breathing and I pray for my meditation, with verses from Psalms I've memorized.
And, this morning, I'm not so bad, so it did pass some.

But, like you with the benzo withdraw, that is a double whammy.
Next time that happens, I"m just going to get up, put in some ear plugs ( need to buy some) We have some horrible storms here in Oklahoma.
