I don't know, i feel totally brain dead today. I am doing salt push 1-2 daily, and taking selenium, zinc, vit d, vit c. i didnt mention when i sleep the back of my neck sweats like crazy, im not sure what's going on there.

Im definitely thinking of taking a few days off, let my body come off this bad buzz, and I mean bad...

ive read so many reviews of people reporting this increased energy and mood. Ive been at this for just about 2 months, and have yet to experience that.

I think at this stage once things dissipate, i may take Lugols 2 x week, 50mgs or so and see how that goes.

As for my gf, she lives abroad and im due to go and see her tomorrow. ive been wavering about cancelling my trip altogether. Im going to bite the bullet and give her a call. im so sick of ending up in failed relationships.
