Well.. not sure if I qualify, but each time I've hit a wall with emotional instability or major physical detox symptoms, I've instinctually stepped up the dosage of Lugols by 2 drops. At present on 17 drops twice a day. I stop for a day or two if really buggered, lol!! Of course, the salt flush is imperative when herxing on top of the normal daily intake of a quarter tspn salt in water - this really helps.
