First thing to look at is, does that car really his car. This is what his car looks like. It looks like it was all white to me.
Now look at the car in the video. I know it's a bad video and the car is moving fast, but it looks like it has a black top, and it doesn't look like a Mercedes.
Then notice there is a smaller explosion before the big one. Just like the planes that hit the twin towers in 911. And the smaller explosion goes completely out before the big explosion. And notice it looks like something flies out or away from the car before the big explosion. I circled it in red.
And this picture shows when the big explosion starts.
And this is the restaurant that the video was taken from supposedly. You can see the canopy over the sidewalk that's in the video. And the restaurant is at the right location and the only restaurant with the canopy over the sidewalk. You can look to see if you see the surveillance camera. (You can move the picture around to different angles.) I can't the video camera, but it might be tucked up in canopy. But it seems like if it was able to tape the crash a ways down the road, it would have to be at least level with the bottom of the canopy so it could record it. But this picture was taken in April 2011, so if they installed the surveillance system after that, that would explain why you can't see it. Anyway, I can't prove there is no video camera, but I wonder.

But this new video shows there was a small explosion before the big one. And it looks like something that was lit up flew away from the car.
