For this, I'd recommend a Colloidal Silver /DMSO soak along with Bob Beck's blood purifier zapper. Which should make quick work of your infections. You can use it along with TENS electrodes/pads that you can then cut OR customize to whatever shape and size you need so as to get the job done.

That being said, you can also build your own unit quite easily which would allow you to modify the output which in turn, will allow you treat bone infections. Though its possible that some of the commercially built units would allow for this also(I never checked).

In closing I'd add that I've had great success using Colloidal Silver and a blood zapper to treat a long standing jaw bone infection which had literally ruined my life. And though I'm not completely cured today, I am happy to report that I am completely pain and symptom free so long as I stick to my treatment.
