Also, a naturopathic doc that i wasted my money(she told me i should just take Antibiotics despite telling me different over the phone) had a probiotic supplement which i bought at her office.

And what is kefir? Man, i'm such a medical babe in the woods here, so many things that enables you to be independent from regular food and medicine and i don't know about!
