Thank you everyone for your advice- I decided to stay off supplements during this fast, and am glad I did. I came to a some what informed conclusion that my supplementing was successful in countering prior bad health. It is my intention that by the end of this fast and after re establishing my diet, and improving general health that supplements won't be as necessary.

chrisb1, could you point me in the direction of Nutritarian info aside from this site? Or perhaps some key words that might be of help when searching in my university medical journals.I would love to gain a good knowledge of this concept before making my meal plains.
