Vitamin C is very important but you need to take the right kind; and it needs to able to be absorbed. If you take 1000 mg and only half or less is absorbed, what good is coming of it? Did you know that most ascorbic acid products come from China and they add fillers and corn? Fillers do not count as a vitamin. When you are fighting or trying to prevent disease you must put into your body that which you KNOW to be beneficial. Use non GMO, China Free vitamin C. If you are fighting disease or need to get a lot of Vitamin C into your body; there is Liposomal Vitamin C that is stronger and more absorbent than IV Vitamin C - you can buy it or make it on your own.
