UTI stops your urine flow and if you try them the pressure will apply on both sides ..and first step is constipation. You have to cure UTI with some antibiotics - natural or allopathic. After antibiotics you take some psyillium husks or banana as a fiber substitute. Any fiber is enough , not essential as costly supplement. Drink water as needed and eat foods according to your Blood group.

Take some diuretic , you can get tons of diuretic as foods and herbs . You can search in cure.com itself. Coconut water is diuretic but rich in salts , you have to be careful about it , it may be harmful if you are going to be develop serious kidney disease later as I did the same mistake in my childhood.
