I have been drowning in coconut water, water, blueberries, uva ursi, quercitin, etc...and still have BOTH. Help! I can't remember everything I used to know.
Was in a car accident, bruised some ribs, should impingement--just doesn't seem fair to have this uti and then constipation when I've eaten a several pounds of blueberries, tried to stay hydrated, and then I consitpated on top of it. Am taking one powerful acidopholis....I do not know what else to do, and it is ruining my sleep and my healing and it HURTS. The uti seems better off and on, then the constipation seems like it is making it I can't fully empty bladder, but HOW can I be consitpated if I am blending blueberries and fruit?

confused and frustrated and tired,
and on vacation????
