A rapid heartbeat is not unusual on a fast because the body is working overtime in expelling toxemia via the bloodstream via the Liver. My own was 160bpm for a few days on my first 25 day fast.
Would you say you look underweight? Do you have a small frame or a medium to large frame? These are all relevant.
However, anxiety and fear of the fast can do great harm, so let nature take its course and relax, but you MUST rest most if not ALL of the time. Drink pure water only according to thirst, and let us know how you get on.
