You could give this a try, it's natural prebiotics and digestive enzymes for Cats. You can buy it at Petco, or online. I'm not sure if other Pet Stores sell it.

You may have to buy a small medicine syringe to administer it to him by mouth though, it's a powder and you have to mix it up. >>>>
