well, i dont see how you can say that. i am not debating either. it would be interesting to know the answer to the mans question - what effect does this have on the final product?
they put a bunch of chlorine in the tap water here, but if i leave it out on the counter for an hour or so, the chlorine is gone. if i were of a mind to drink it and was concerned about chlorine, thats what i would do. is there any residual left? does contact with chlorine do permanent damage to the water molecules? i dont know the answer there, either. thats why i distill.
so if the contamination is as mild as the air i am breathing, whats the diff? but if it is truly a substantial difference in the final product, i would want to know.
i am the anti-toxin king. nobody tried to get farther away from all contaminants than me. i am uout of hot water now, though, so i dont have to try so hard. in fact, i am the one who brought up organic lecithin and got a sample from the folks who make it. man, that stuff is too good to be believed. it tastes like a fresh mowed field on a sunny day. it is yummy and makes the other stuff i bought at a store here in missouri taste like axle grease. but i used it anyway because of the liver benefit. now i am waiting until i can afford the organic stuff.
