those foods were:

baked goods that were not baked thouroughly
meat that was cooked and not defrosted properly or past exp
food not prepared properly (esp. if u think the microwave thouroughly cooks food)
dried fruits
bananas
corn
wheat
brocoli
cabbage
nuts (almonds that are in someway processed ok)
smoked foods
super icy water (esp. with or after a meal)
dairy & eggs
