I agree with most of us Craig. The only thing we know is that there is a lot more that we don't know than there is what we do know.

IMO trying to think linearly about AF issues is not helpful nor representative of how our bodies work. Did candida cause my adrenal fatigue which caused my headaches? This linear chain of thought is for most of us probably unknowable, but more importantly irrelevant to our healing.

I have found it more helpful to my own healing to take a systems based approach. I know that my adrenal, thyroid, digestion, cognitive, and stress-coping systems are all interdependent, and an imbalance in one creates imbalances in others as they try to compensate. Soon enough the entire system is thrown off-kilter.

The only way I have found to make any progress has been to focus on full body healing, since every system is impacted in some way or another, I should attempt to address each system. Fortunately, what is good for one system is usually good for many others, since they are related, so that doesn't mean adopting 10 different protocols.

Even parsing out symptoms from causes can be difficult IMO - as sleep abnormality can be a product of say candida, but eventually a cause for adrenal fatigue.

Untangling this mess borders on the impossible IMO, but I admire you for trying.
