Something else from the writings of Dr Eck

"dairy products are death for the slow oxidiser"

So if you are taking paramin as part of a slow oxidiser program you are certainly not on the Dr Eck program, far from it. From his writings if he was going to prescribe magnesium for a slow oxidiser is would have been spartan mk which enhances oxidation.


Not trying to be controversial here, just showing how much things have changed since Dr Ecks time.



Part 3 and 4 in this have a sort of highlights section of one of Dr Ecks reports. If anyone knows how to get hold of the full 85 page report I would be interested. The purchasing process of this site seems a little out of date.
