Yep I first read Tolle several years ago. I agree that what he calls the pain body is similar to what I see as the issue. I call it unprocessed stress and trauma. I've taken ideas from many different areas in hopes of sort of taking the baton across the finish line. I agree that Tolle and others like Freud, Peter Levine, and David Berceli have set the foundation but the last 50% is not yet complete.
