My advice to you:

Do urine enemas. Every day in the morning. It is indeed important.

Eat as little as you can, eat healthy.

Do urine fast for one day,- wait, for two days,- wait, etc. Then do it longer. You will find out what is good for, what is bad.

With urine therapy you have to go slowly.

How old are you (sorry for asking)?
