I also start to revert back to the processed food and the Sugar cravings go sky high if I take time away from Iodine. I don't even like to pulse dose because of this, because it happens quick!

Bone broths are definetly a Godsend when it comes to digestion issues. I made a bad batch of it last time (taste awful!!!), and it deterred me from making it for a while, and it definitely showed with my number 2s also. Haha.
