Hey craig i have read up on u lately and i have been on an intense physical and mental journey for over a year now.

I think everything you say is exactly how eckhart tolle talks about illness. The book the power of now is read by millions and has all the info in it, the audiobook is better because u get to hear his voice, which can impact on a deeper level.... or maybe not.

But anyway, eckhart is only 50% the answer, people definitely can need adjunct physical treatments to help raise their consciousness.
