Did my salt loading yesterday and am feeling perkier today.

It's amazing what salt can do for you, right? I have a confession. I was taking all my co's except the 1/4 tsp of salt. I felt like I was getting enough salt in my food, but there is something about just taking it straight with water that works so much better. I will do the salt loading daily now.

Lesson learned. Follow ALL the instructions to the letter if you want to feel better!

I laid off the Iodine for a few days, now I'm back on 1/2 drop a day and also doing the 1/8 tsp. of borax. With the salt loading, I think Ill be fine.
