Actually showering its one of the few things that can wake me up, sort of. I just wouldnt go out in the morning with the feeling and face I have without a shower. I never shower with cold water, rather hot, because of the CNS stuff, and because I seem to no longer tolerate the stress derived from cold water anymore.
