organic lecithin has been discussed and it is six to eight times more expensive than regular lecithin. the choice is always there.

mh has said he does not put any stock in organic certification. he is for clean food, but he just says it is too much to trust them. if that is the case, grow it yourself. me, i DO trust organic certification and ate only organic stuff for a while. there comes a point where if you dont filter your air and keep your skin in a bubble, you are straining out gnats and swallowing camels.

a person eating a sad would very definitely benefit from lecithin and the benefit would be outweighed by any hexane or anything. you would be surprised what you are actually exposed to without your knowledge. to eliminate what we do know about as much as is effectual makes sense to me.
