i dont take it. i tried and it made me sick - gave me overdose symptoms. of course i dont shower or use soap and i rarely put more clothes on than shorts. i am packed with vitamin D - the real kind. my skin has everything on it thats needed to make tons and then it reabsorbs because i dont wash it off afterward.
