In the book Water of Life the author John Armstrong said he did not drink any other beverage than urine.

I do not think anyone knows about how much you can drink, but it seems to me that it is only a benefit. I have heard that too much water in a day can be fatal because it lowers the electrolytes, especially potassium, but when you recycle the urine you get most of it back again.
