I suggest the use of Lecithin as a supplement.
This ONLY means that the person did not consume the correct food in the first place.
I see all foods as being toxic and the art of eating is a lifetime pH roller coaster ride.
Lets add this story to the science posted here and REMEMBER many times science is as flawed as deeply as the pockets that sponsored the testing. If I believed Science I would believe Dr. Clark and probably be so sick by now I could not function.
A preacher in Canada jus had his check up, his medical test consist of examination of his blood, done many times in the past. This year the man was amazed about as much as the man doing the test, there were no bad things swimming in his blood, the tester was extremely amazed hecause he knew the history of this preacher's past test.
The Preacher called up Brother Jimmy and told him it was the Lecithin, that be had felt better on the Lecithin Jimmy had sent him more than any product he had ever consumed and that he was going to pitch all of his supplements except the Lecithin and Spice 4 life, that those 2 things was what he considered life changing and enabled him to have his first perfect test.
Now comes up the subject of how lecithin is made? Is it toxic, is it a waste product, etc. It is a common food to all who eat commerical prepared foods. It has been written in medical books for over 60 years and the prefered choice in germany over getting a gallbladder operation. Medical magazines today still rave about the use of it in the diet for everything from infertaility to longevity.
I suggest it is a SUPPLEMENT to those who eat junk food, if you eat raw fruits as God intended then by NO MEANS would I suggest any supplement because the diet would be great as long as you consumed food by mouth and not on sunshine via the skin.
I do suggest lecithin is better than epsoms salts, but I still don't mind epsoms salts as long as it is only used when needed and not abused.
I do not suggest lecithin in a capsule or a granule, ONLY the RAW LIQUID that is thick and sticky. For those not wanting lecithin, I suggest first press olive oil.
