I have no idea how lecithin is extracted from soy beans in one country verses another. I do know it was written in medical books back as far as 1935 to use to dissolve gallstones and today medical magazines rave about the use of lecithin for correction on many health problems.

Today Brother Jimmy advised me that his Preacher buddy in Canada just had his yearly check up, he goes to a guy that uses a microscope that checks the blood and shows the test on a TV type screen, he had been doing this test for some years I guess. Well this year he had started using Lecithin and Spice 4 Life and the doctor was dumb founded, he searched and searched and could find no problems with this mans blood and was astounded.

This preacher has many, many products sold commonly on the internet and health food stores, a HUGE supply of such things and he called Brother Jimmy up and stated he was going to pitch everything except the Lecithin and the Spice 4 life and believed he had seen more results after using lecithin that Brother Jimmy got from me and sent to him that any other health product he had ever used. This goes along with other information I have read in books as well as the doctors papers I acquired last year that spent his lifetime curing MS using 3 tablespoons of lecithin daily.

How the particular lecithin is made that I buy? I have no idea, it is a common food product consumed in many foods that is baked or cooked.

I can not tell you what your needing to know. I would suggest Olive Oil as a substitute and seek a pure first pressing.
