I also would suggest moving the bed back and leave the phone in another room not to be distracted. Plus you may want to try an eye mask..the darker in my room the better.

Plus try not to think of anything except maybe counting backwards or counting sheeps.. When I was in the hospital I could not fall asleep with all the noise the lights in the halls I would just start counting back wards and it did help .
