Dr. Mercola isnt perfect. I don't agree that vegetarian diets are deficient, for example. --- but i found in many things Dr. Mercola isn't afraid to "think outside the box" and makes more sense compared to other mainstream nutritionists such as Dr. Weil.

I agree with him on this about the soy. The way American companies manufacture it, it is turned into something toxic.

Once it becomes widespread knowledge of how toxic it really is-- expect the Codex loving drug companies to say , "see, another example of something "natural" hurting you-- stick with our drugs instead". That will be a sad day because it isnt that the soy is bad, but just the way they altered and manipulated itfor widespread distribution.
