I have been to Asia alot, and the mixed up gender is very common.
- I have heard that the soy consumption / phyto estrogens are partly to blame (from milk formula to the babies, as the asians cant process lactose from milk, lack the enzyme or something) This because it happens in males mostly. Toxins have a say in this too of course.

Anyway; man made, IMO. Like autism and other disruptions, epidemic these days.
