I never had any luck with oral magnesium supplements. However I made magnesium oil and rubbed it on my muscles and on my gosh... It was like rubbing a cloud on my body. Here is the recipe of how to make it. Store it in a glass jar. I put on a glove when I apply it because its so potent and I have tiny cuts on my hands and it really burns.
