Dear MH,

I just want to know your opinion on ONE thing ... I know your views on lecitnin ..and I want to get on to using it. I live in India where a lot of soya is grown.. The oil is all solvent extracted (using hexane)..and lecithin is a by product.. can it be used for internal consumption without any ill effect?

Thats all I want to know.
