the beauty of Iodine is if you feel you have taken too much you simply stop taking it and regroup. start back up at a lower dosage if you want but dont wait more than two days.

there are no known permanent damage from doses at this level. in fact, tremendous accidental overdoses have occurred with a complete recovery. i really dont know how much would be lethal, but no one here has ever found that and you are well under. my highest dosage was five grams a day for two weeks straight. the old literature mentions ten gram doses. so if you take more than that and you die, i cannot say you will make a full recovery from that. i havent tried it to find out.
