mate im very concerned with you ramping up the intake so quickly... take it easy, see and assess how you feel, take the co-factors... dont make a parmanent damage to yourself, i know many will blame me for such a "bad straight edge" advice, but dude i know you are doing this in order to fulfill your health dream... stick with 200 mg for 2 months, and increase 50 mg every other week.. until you get about 400 mg (which a guy called snakeater has taken) unless you have cancer or a serious disease, in that case i can not advice you... just do as you will, and care of your body, the way your mother had and G-d had over you both... take care shalom
