After getting the idea about Lugols solution for skin healing, I used it on a foot injury. My horse stood on my foot near little toe and swivelled around on it - 350 kilo of horse onto my little foot. It hurt really bad!!! It was the 2nd time on the same place in a matter of months! (big coincidence!) Last time it remained very sore for weeks. This time I immediately applied some Lugols onto the area and continued to apply about 4 more times during the day and a couple of times the next day. The result was that it hardly hurt at all and I could walk perfectly fine without soreness and there was minimal bruising. I was very happy with this result!
