HI Lolabear,

Yes magnsium does the trick..I was using 200-400 mg tablet form before bed plus magnsium oil spray..lately I have been only needing the magnesium spray. I us Life Flo pure magnsium oil..costs about $10 for an 8 oz bottle that lasts for a while. Rick Malter informed me the best place to absorb the oil is to rub on your stomach. I do use it 3 times a day. AM/ noon and before bed aobut 12-16 sprays.
