Thanks for this info as I decided to do them with the Sea Salt for 3 weeks if I can and I just did one today and thought I had to stay in 30 minutes so now I know.

But relooked at the article I first posted and it says soak at least 20 to 30 minutes so now not sue what to do..I guess more research.
