BTW - this is the same principle with HOT mineral (ion) baths...

you do want to make sure that you are getting mineral density in your diet though.

Autistic kids have died with metal detox programs... when the acting supervision did not emphasize the need for the healthy nutritional ionic minerals.

you see, toxic or not, metals/minerals provide the catalysts (ionic/anionic) for life.

Which brings me to another point... you and I tend to over do things in order to press/test limits - use caution with this one. 2 - 3 times a week may be plenty once you settle into it.
