Yes, worms and larvae can cause much damage.....but don't be too quick to cut it out...it may just end up back in the intestines and be washed out.....there are probably many more, you can't cut them all out, and you need to keep cleansing until your health is restored. Don't go by the 30 day instructions, keep cleansing, just switch it up or up the strength before they build resistance.
