Hi Dave , thanks for the reply as always !. Sorry for not getting back quickly, until i see my doctor I'm trying my best to avoid web searching for answers since it usually makes me feel somewhat hopeless and angry.
I had a digestive stool analysist performed by Genova Diagnostics. In regards to the source for probiotics sometimes feeding bad bacteria I can't seem to find anything specific anywhere but know like yourself I've read it a few times on various websties. Thanks for the link on the probiotics.
I was having a good think about what could possibly be causing my health problems last ngiht. It's a strange one that's for sure, I seem to have all the symptoms of H.pylori but the cause of SIBO and I'm now negative for H.pylori.
I'm wondering if it's possible that a bacteria such as streptococcus as found on my stool sample could be in the small bowel due to a lack of lactobacillus ( which is there in part to keep such bacteria from overgrowing ) after taking so many antibiotics and this in turn has caused inflammation , malabsoprtion and the various other symptoms I'm suffering from ?.
