I broke my left foot toe next to the little toe yesterday...a little herbal spray and it was no big deal. The toe turned purple, swelled enough to form its own natural cast as broken bones do and a little spray about every 4 hours and it is hardly noticable unless I bang it against something.



Fingers and toes should heal rapidly. With fingers I use a straight splint and with toes, they pretty much stay where they belong.



Since I have not taken an aspirin or pain reliver drug for many/many years and not had a medical doctor since I went to my chiropractor at age 19, I don't feel pains like a person that takes drugs do. For years I wondered how the Amish healer did all he does with no pain killing drugs and he finally explained at a seminar that long term drug use actually causes most of the pains humans feel. The liver damage they do, is a great source of total body pains and what does the modern civilized human do when injured? Take more drugs for pain control.

Taking a flu shot or drug use when your taken to the er from an auto wreck, etc....can virtually kill a person that has been drug free for 30 years, etc.....that is why I have no use for hospitals/drugs....but I did the standard drugs for dental clean up, so at best, I can say I have been drug free for 5 years. BUT, over the counter drug free for about 30 years.



I can't imagine sticking my arm out and accepting a dirty flue shot forced upon by the government..surely people can hide form this, or are they going to mark us all with the sign of the beast and not allow us to purchase anything at wal-mart again......if forced to, we could hide out with the amish, but having school kids they pretty much have your number. NO WONDER record amounts of parents are home schooling this year.
